It COULD make more sense for you to outsource if were going to scale up to 50 doors AND found the bookkeeping too time consuming.Its what works for you.I did all my own management, bookkeeping, tax return preparation, pay bills, etc. for my rentals and still worked my day job.

We moved to PA and are wanting to seriously scale our real estate investing here through flips and BRRRRs.  

I bet your systems are amazing, and you probably save a bunch in economies of scale. 

So they want you scale, and scale quick. 

A friend even suggested friends/family raise for the investment, but since I've never done anything to this scale, it seems like a lot to take on on my own.
