We had to spend thousands of dollars to fix these issues that Bryant covered up by drywalling over.They left a giant hole in the roof, which led to leaks we had to repair.They installed the toilets incorrectly.

This project was a giant learning curve for me, as it was the first time that I had ever really done a full remodel.

But also a GIANT HEADACHE for my friends who own there!!

It's not to be a dick, it's to protect myself and keep everyone accountable.

When the stress is low you are forced to up your mailed pieces by many fold, take those tire kicked calls, create a giant DRIP list, and be faithful at calling your DRIP list.  

Develop an elevator pitch (for ideas search here on BP) and get comfortable telling every Tom, Dick, Harry, Martha, Betty, and Kate about what you do! 

I currently work as a system admin as my primary day gig - unfortunately, due to our giant multinational parent company cutbacks, our whole office got severed.  

Long story short, giant tax cut for them with the possibility of a short term benefit to the city for 3 billion plus dollars.... 

@Henri Meli Thats brings up a solid point...As time goes on, these RE blockchain projects will have plenty of giant hurdles to overcome, which should ultimately weed out the best few.
