@Jim Shepard I would have agreed with @Tim Lindstrom and @Matt Bacenet but I did a quick Google search and it seems when going through bankruptcy there is a freeze on eviction.

The opportunity cost of freezing money as a down payment to a primary residence is my thought right now.

You have a tenant paying grossly below market rents in a City that has major tenant laws and rent increase freezes, etc.

and because on the inside I actually do care about others, even their noses, instead of simply throwing out or burying my fish guts (attracts the coyotes yes, right here in the city), I freeze them until trash day, in a bag and right next to my frozen pizza.

We are already seeing hiring freezes and layoffs, along with job creation metrics that are below expectations.
