@Cameron Riley - it depends on the scenario but as a general rule I won't jump into the notices & eviction process right away, typically I encourage all the tenants to get in contact as soon as they know they are going to be late (most of mine do) and for those that don't, I follow up after 2-3 days to find out what the status is.

I've been through this before multiple times, and many of them have not ever been through one.I'm there the entire time, and encourage my buyers to be there the entire time as well so they can ask questions and get clarification.I have a listing with an inspection this weekend.

If this is your first deal, it is encouraged that you utilize a buyer agent who you trust - they will be more likely to have more of your best interest in mind (and not the sellers best interest).To answer your question, what does the agreement you signed with your agent say about violating it?

In my area, you basically agree to have the utility company add a "renewable surcharge" to your bill, and supposedly that encourages them to increase their renewable generation capacity.

If you are looking for a property in SC in particular I’d highly encourage you to do some research on the tax assessors website for York county (if investing in this county) to know how to calculate the taxes prior to making offers and obtaining lending if going this route.Jared Wonders
