WHY ON EARTH, would a real estate investor want to compare ASKING PRICES? 

Michael SmithI love the neutral/earth tone colors since it's non gender specific and typically can blend with any/all furniture , my area has quite a few of paint supply/manufacturer stores (Bennett, Sherwin Williams and a few others which I can't remember right now) outside of Lowe's & Home Depot.

I'm guessing the contractor who built the house back in the day lost his cell phone in the wall, and has been calling it for years, wandering the earth looking for it. ;)

We stick with grey, earth tone, and white. 

I used Parcel Quest, the County website, Google Earth, etc. 

I am sick and tired of people saying crap like "I hate wholesalers", "they are the scum of the earth".

Cast iron, roots in line, earth , etc...They snaked the line and the water is flowing again.This house is set back (like 500ft from the road) so I'm expecting a huge expense once this thing finally does break.What is the community thoughts on putting  service line insurance on it?

In need of a Contractor ASAP, just started a BRRRR on a Triplex in Tulsa (Pine & Lewis area) and the contractor has disappeared from the face of the earth.
