Does anyone here from BP have a history with them?

Our plan was to acquire 2 or 3 single family homes then make the leap to developing bigger commercial projects from raw land with a proven history in real estate investing. 

While you wait, spend a lot of time and energy learning your market and its history so you know exactly what a deal looks like (or whatever market you want to buy in.

If you guys want to come out my way in Brooklyn, basically near Prospect Park, I would be happy to meet with you.If you read my posts and my background, you'll find I have 2 decades of Real Estate Investing history in Brooklyn.I currently own 7 multi-Family Investment properties, generally 3 and 4 Family buildings, in Bed-Stuy, Clinton Hill, Windsor Terrace, and Ditmas Park, with partners.The total Assets are worth over $15 Million.If my strategies are not necessarily aligned with yours, at worst you will walk away with an understanding on how to be a successful buy and hold Investor in a highly expensive and appreciating market like Brooklyn.You don't have to invest my way.

They did tell me in advance that their daughter will sleep over occasionally and she is not on the lease.

The insurer looks at the potential tenant profile (job history...) to filter qualified tenants and a landlord could reject candidates if they don't qualify for rent insurance.

Does your grandmother have any sons or daughters you might want to run it by other family members before moving forward 

Can you show a rent payment history for current Tenants/have they always paid on time?
