I have rented many things in my over 40 years of life including, automobiles from Enterprise, AVIS, Hertz, boats or sea craft from various establishments in various states, and yes countless hotels around the world.Instead of asking me for a deposit they feel entitled to and SS# that is the most sacred of identity data, they simply put a hold on my credit card.

There are countless ways you can be sued by misrepresenting the sale of your property if thing are not properly disclosed, necessary forms are not signed by each party, etc.
