Cold calling help for new company

Max Harkavy
Posted

Hi All,

I’m new to biggerpockets, but not new to real estate. I’ve got a small cold calling operation set up that I use to get leads. We’ve been using xencall as our dialer platform. We are having a TON of trouble with it. It seems like the phone numbers I buy for the cold callers to use go bad and are flagged as spam almost immediately. I’ve called xencall tech support countless times and they never do anything for me. Additionally, the private number I bought for my acquisitions manager to use doesn’t work either, so anyone calling him back can’t reach anyone.

Any and all tips/help would be greatly appreciated from someone who’s experienced these types of issues before. Thank you
