Seems like varies block by block and generally better closer to parkmoor and gets worse close to StCarlos side.

She'd turn on the propane burner, and it didn't light, and fill the house with propane, or go for a walk outside, and there was a pond and built in pool (she couldnt' see well due to diabetes) When that started I put her in a senior living home 2 blocks away so I could pick her up and bring her over for the day, etc. 

I find blocking a competitor is silly.

He didn't need a car for shopping either, there's one small grocery store across the street, another up the block, and two supermarkets two short blocks away.

Little block houses as cheap as you can possibly build a home .. right in the same areas.. were NO one but morris would dream to build..
