Hi AllIm trying to diversify my Multi-Family portfolio and want to invest in North Bend Multi-families.  

The risks are simply too high and landlords like myself are regularly forced to bend/break the law to protect our investment interests.

Nothing wrong with being poor, but I don't waste time or bend rules for dead beats. 

I am 20 years old, a psychology major, I was born and raised in Bend, OR.

And if a tenant brings in a beautiful Rolls Royce and has it untagged in the driveway , it will be towed .If I start bending on the rules where do I stop ?

We learned this the hard way by going a little out of way and bending a little for a tenant in a situation the exact same as this.

We thought by bending over backwards it would make the tenant happier.

If you can't even meet me on the terms I have set to show the house, there is a high likely hood you will not be able to meet me on my other terms ($$$).I'm not saying there is never a time to bend when scheduling times to show a unit, but if I am already being asked to inconvenience myself so that the tenant doesn't get inconvenienced, then I am OUT.I told her to call my wife to schedule for Sunday after she acquiesced.
