Hello From Bend, OR

Hello BP! My name is Damon Holland as is evident from my profile name. =P
I'm new to this site and love it so far, lots of good information floating around here.
A little bit about myself... I am 20 years old, a psychology major, I was born and raised in Bend, OR. It's an absolutely beautiful city and has some spectacular real-estate. You could say real-estate is in my blood haha. My brother is an agent for a local agency as well as a broker for private investors ranging from New York to locally. I have been "in" real-estate for about 2 years now. I started doing a service for my brother where I would scour trustee companies websites and find properties going to auction, local auctions. I would compile them chronologically and show any bids, liens (when possible to find), Bankruptcy stays...time and place of auction....etc I would make it into an easy to read PDF file and send it to him weekly, With a list Of AOM's, so we knew for sure that it was indeed going to auction.

I decided there was probably a desire for this outside of my brother as well. I started and continue to try and grow my fledgling business. I thought this site would be a great way to learn more about the "biz" and network with like-minded people.
