If you've been on here for a while now I'm sure you've seen the many great resources that are available.If you're looking to network or chat, besides the resources and connections here on BP, I'd also recommend attending a local real estate group such as Black Diamond REI in Mass. or RIREIG in RI.Also with your design and aesthetics background you might try networking with some stagers as you probably have a lot in common :)

Background info: Has about 100k, They are not 55+ , do not want to use a self direct ira since they are not presently working, and wanted the less penalty/tax hit possible.

You’re right, I will just ask the selling agent to show me where it’s stated in the AOS.For the leases, I didn’t really like the thought of inheriting tenants because I didn’t get to do a credit/background check or check their application.

Background: I'm a very conservative investor and may look through a hundred deals a month, and at the end of the year only invest in 4-5.
