In my experience as a property manager, I can tell you that any time we need to act on an owner's behalf with an outside agency (utilities, city inspection offices, housing authorities, attorneys), we need to show proof that we have been authorized to act on behalf of the owner that is named on the tax record. 

That agency had a 2-year hiatus where they were not taking people's meters, but it had coincidentally ended right around the time of the eviction hearing. 

The property is already licensed and approved by the state and local agencies.

Why not call the Washington state real estate agency?

Hi Everyone, Wondering if anyone has any experience working with a Healthcare recruitment/placement agency, in regards to finding renters vs taking the more conventional route and posting an ad.

If you seek assistance from a third party, make sure that it is a reputable counseling agency.

I like Global Green agencies, but any independent will be excellent.Best of luck!
