Hi I am new to the BiggerPockets family and forums. I am also new to RE investing. What I am trying to understand is how to get the details of a subject to on a pre-foreclosure complete sell. I understand how you would get the property subject to from the owner but can’t quite grasp the details of how to then sell it. Would it be through a wholesale deal with the owner and an investor? I have a potential property that I am interested in trying it out on but I don’t know what I am doing yet! I have read a lot of things but but it is all basics at best and I need the intricate details of it all. Who has done this before and can you please help?! I’m in Minnesota if that helps to know.
