I am a pilot based out of the Minneapolis St.

I'd like to find someone for this by mid year so I still have time to be proactive for next year's taxes.I'd REALLY love this person to be in minneapolis/St Paul area so I can get face to face with them, but I'm open to someone elsewhere if they are really, really amazing. 

I bought a duplex about a month ago in Minneapolis and just talked to my assessor. 

I think Minneapolis is rethinking density to get rid of some of the old big single family homes and allow duplexes etc.

Much matters depending on what is happening in your local market - I don't know the Minneapolis market but if it's like the Sacramento market, good deals are hard to find on the MLS.  

But my list included Kansas City, Saint Louis, Memphis, Cleveland, Minneapolis, Indianapolis, Birmingham, Houston, Dallas, Jacksonville FL, etc...For the experienced investors, where should I go ?

Thing is there aren’t many good options in central Metro or NE Minneapolis.
