Hello everyone,I am in the Army (I plan on getting out soon) and have a small family that I cherish.

so I am active army and for the last year have become obsessed with real estate to say the least.  

Along with those jobs is an army of young people needing housing.The fact that @Luke Mccandless is willing to get in before the area is totally gentrified is a gutsy move.
