On the property are 3 trailer properties two single wides, one newer double wide.

@Ralph R. the trip costs are deductible, I usually go once a year but haven't been able to this year.I prefer a cash back card, using Citi Double Cash these days, 2% rebate.

I would advise you keep saving to try and double your cash at a minimum.
