Investor Friendly Escrow Angents in South King County!

Hello All!

I was curious if anyone has good relationships with any specific Escrow agents or title companies that are investor friendly that they would recommend? I am especially interested if anyone knows any that offer double closing to wholesalers? I am mostly looking in South King County in the Renton/Kent area, but if you know any in the Puget sound area I would eager to make a call!
