We're looking to buy a multi-family and using one side as an air bnb in order to bring up our profits to help with the rehab. 

The goal would be to lease them both for the year and Air bnb whichever one in which I would not be currently staying.

I have them under my sinks and by my hot water heater, washing machine, and ac condensate pump (that pump alone has led to 3 floods in my basement from it getting clogged or the pump tripped off so the air conditioning condensate floods my basement instead of being pumped outside).

Then we return those night's fees (minus the money that AIR keeps)The host in question may have another policy, but I feel that it's fair to refund money when you have replaced it with a new guest..

The current owner said he would buy window air units for lets say 300 and then rent them to the tenants for 25 a month and tell them they would own them after a year. 25x12=300.

She has not had heating or air since August (practically since the time she has moved in).

If I had central air I’d have that serviced if it hadn’t been recently.

Any rain and cloudcover and you are off the air plus constant outages. 

We would like to share the property management and I was wondering if anyone had feedback on co-hosting on Air bnb?
