My experience with the Township has been horrendous starting with first obtaining the temp CO to purchase, down to them wanting to charge me for the property being vacant prior to me purchasing.

Just wanted to add to this that we rent single family detached, and we email tenants about cold weather requirements, how they should never turn the heat off in the winter, even during short vacations, remind them that our minimum heat setting in cold weather months is 59 degrees (in our lease), that they should leave cabinets and doors open to any pipes (laundry, sinks, etc.) that are near exterior walls to ensure heat reaches them if temps are going below freezing, and make sure they keep walkways clear and safe.

Okay well Feb wasn't a great month but it wasn't completely dismal, here goes with Mar hope it gets better from here :D 1) Continue to tackle those pesky mistakes from years past2) Continue to save money 3) Locate potential properties in the AZ area preferably Queen Creek, Tempe or Chandler.4) Get some extended time off of work, gotta get a way from "the man" every once and a while.Here goes, will keep you all posted.

Radiant heat is nice to the touch, but it isn't a great source of primary heating due to the time lag in heating an entire room or house and holding temp changes, it's slow putting heat through flooring to heat space but fine to heat the floor.
