He said the building inspector is not responsible for seeing the ball check comes out or is not covered up.The inspector sees it pass the test and leaves.I just can't believe nobody checks this kind of stuff before throwing walls up.

Still, you want to maximize this percentage and so we can pretty much completely throw out and ignore anything we can't charge at least 1% of the price, so the second one which would cash flow like 50$ is gone.The first one depending on your goals is at least feasible, as Jon said it would probably cash flow 200+ a month on average with a cash return of 7-10% depending on if you did the management.

well - well - well... seems there are a few issues with the non-existent building code, city-never-heard-of-zoning-for-multifamily investment.total electrical upgrade :|my wrestling coach, community dude, wanna-be politician was in austin on state business today and could not give me the numbers on a total upgrade.any of my guru colleagues here on bigger pockets have a number they want to throw out?
