Hello BP community,I am trying to get into being a property manager in college to boost my resume early so when I get out of college I will have at least something to bring to the table.

The end goal is to build your resume while you are still young enabling you to go it alone if that's your desire.

I filled out the online application, and short received an Email asking me to; Bring my resume, write a brief paragraph as to why I am interested in selling properties, and also fill out a list with 100 people who may be interested in buying property.

I know of a great TV Producer (@Bill Greene) with a great resume if the Bigger Pockets crew is interested....and he's located only a few miles from BP headquarters.

Then, they will resume their long term, inflation driven trend, with 10-15% fluctuations off that level over the course of a few years.

This rehab sounds challenging and I would have done some serious vetting for a contractor with an extensive resume of structural work.

I was told not to pass out my business card / bio resume though I had paid the $500.  

Anticipation is high for a rebound in 2024, but according to many economists (including those above) it may be another 6+ months before we even begin to see lower interest rates and yet another 6-12 months until relative affordability resumes.

It would be a bit of a drive for me, but I submitted my resume and hopefully I'll be able to snag it and it will work for me :)
