You just need to think outside the box and rise above the noise!:D

@Dennis A Higgs Jr I know it can be discouraging but the best way to get there may be to embrace the grind.

Interesting question...I was just chatting with a friend, he's very successful in real estate for over a decade, he has very strict requirements to live in his properties since he didn't want to get the type of people that would wreck up the place, not pay rent, smoke, make noise etc.so he was asking me, what I think about a dancer, is it the type of job that you should be suspicious about such people not being so upper class etc.?

Lot of veterans, older people, those who want to be away from noise/hustle/bustle/, etc.

Will grind the cosmetic rehab out all day today!

The first couple are just the harder and it is a grind.
