What it does mean is that, if the notice is properly issued, and they do not comply by the expiry date of the notice, you can then commence the eviction process; which will take about 6-8 weeks assuming you execute it perfectly and the judge doesn't decide to grant something called a "discretionary stay" (their way of being the nice guy at your expense).

Unfortunately, the execution of the program and effectiveness of the program is not achieving the desired result, in my experience.I have had really bad tenants that happen to be part of the voucher program and I have had (and currently have) really great tenants on the voucher program.

, find out about BP, become obsessed and listen to podcasts during all free times, read books/blogs/articles, latch onto different strategies and come up with plans to execute and do nothing (repeat 5x), realize you can't "boil the ocean", and then take a step back, break down the to do list in an executable fashion and move forward.
