There are some areas that will start to over-regulate and ban STRs and other that won't, some states have even stepped in to mandate the right to STR existence.

In this day and age, it isn't a matter of if you will get caught, it's when.The last thing you want is to get caught, then you try to do the right thing, but they ban you altogether.
