Thanks for the welcome @Jill DeWit and @Adam Bartomeo  Yes investing in Naples is pretty high dollar which is why I'm thinking the Cape or maybe Port Charlotte may be a good place to start.

Hello,I am trying to start a property management company in Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda, and Venice Florida. 

Did you learn to drive on a U-Haul or a short school bus?

If you have Sprint (maybe other carriers as well, but I only know about Sprint because that's my carrier) it will want to port your number over to GV.

Where else can you find fabulous restaurants, great entertainment, warm weather, metropolitan culture, beautiful beaches, cool architecture, art deco buildings, cruise ship port and more attractions?

They will be bringing cruise ships into the deep water port, and I'm not sure what else - but since it's Disney, I'm sure it will draw people.

When marketing properties to our buyers, will use the estimates to assist buyers in making their investment decisions, and provide contact info/company info for the GC so that they are the first port of call for the work needed on the property.If we develop a good working relationship, would be looking to establish a more permanent arrangement as we continue expansion.If you are interested, or know somebody who might be, PM me or reply here!

After little more research, I think I want to concentrate on looking at and near North Port, Port Charlotte, Fort Myers areas.
