The building I own is on along the river and we have had flood damage in the past, so not totally unexpected when seeing the high rate.My insurer: Wright National Flood Insurance Company. 

@Turner Wright have been buying every month this year, all of them are not from MLS and/or from any realtor. all from wholesellers via private funds aka cash close (later refi).

I was looking at Redlands because of it's proximity to Loma Linda University, hospitals etc, due to the potential for a pool of professionals with steady incomes.

@Linda WrightRegarding increase in value: my understanding is that the property will increase in value, maybe just not as much as if it were more centrally located - right now the areas were focusing on are Jax suburbs - my assessment could be wrong though!
