.- There has been no list communicating as to which unit owners are even serving on the board (i.e. secretary, treasurer, vice president).I've been bringing these items to the attention of board members, the property management group, and other unit owners for the last two years and have not seen any progress.  

Its a little like treasure hunting isn't it?

With some of the properties, the Treasurer's Deed process had already started and if the taxes were not caught up, the properties would be lost and the sellers didn't have the money to do this.

After one year (I believe) goes by without redemption, the treasurer sends you a tax deed.
