Hello BiggerPockets, 

I wanted to introduce myself and say hello. My name is Kingsley and I'm a private money lender working in Houston, Texas. Work usually gets in the way of posting but I've enjoyed reading the posts on this forum and decided to jump in. 

My goals are simple: share my experience in private money lending to support others and assist investors who are seeking alternative funding sources such as hard money loans. Real-Estate investing can be a page-turner.
