Back taxes Allegheny County

I have never jumped into tax sales and such too much. I am familiar with Beaver County’s process but not Allegheny County. Anyone have an accurate summary of the process for the stages and when the go for different stages of sale in the county? Not interested in the city proper, more suburbs. Thanks.
