OK OK OK Out of the 1000 people you call.. how many people are thankful you bothered them with gaadamn relentless calling and disturbing?

Well I invest in real estate and I was hoping you were selling because your property is in an area I want to invest in, so it's a disappointment but that's the way it goes I guess the guy had a little fun giving me a bum steer, sorry to have disturbed you this evening, please accept my apologies, Oh, by the way you don't know of anyone around you that maybe mentioned selling in the future do you? 

@Dave McEvoy in Account Closed generally you don't do anything to spruce it up because you want it on the MLS ASAP and a lot of times you are trying to minimize disturbance to the occupants who let you list it before you close.

Great comment.Derek, I'm impressed with you and now am disturbed why this Realtor is or was acting this way when to me you have simple common sense and from what I interpret real estate experience.

In fact the ways it work for some phone providers is that the system send a call to your cell phone and make it rings and hang up then at the same time a second call is made that goes to voice mail because your phone is busy receiving the first call.All the RVM that I received did disturb me as my phone did ring one or two rings.

That's specifically to avoid disturbing tenants with repeated showings from looky-loos.That said,  most leases do have language around tenant providing access for showing the building for sale, etc.   

We do have over 500 REO's but wow, these guys are a-holes.This disturbing scam recently appeared in Australia for the first time, too.

I found that to be highly disturbing...but it probably reflects more negatively on them personally than it does on the franchise itself.

No point in choosing someone that is going to be unhappy, make others unhappy or end up getting evicted for making too much noise and disturbing others.
