I have done a lot of research and taken workshops (fortune builders) which have been both education and vague at times.

The funny thing is, I actually DID get a lot out of their original $2,000 3 day workshop.

Should I invest in this workshop which will give me access to lenders, or build a list and go for it on my own?

I paid 125k for the land and have since put about 100k of improvements into it, including a well, electric service, fencing, and a 2200sf barn/workshop with living quarters.

I have attended several workshops and seminars discussing how to best utilize a RE Virtual Assistant (social media posting, checking your emails, updating CRM software etc.), and I am taking a class on how to become a RE Assistant.

I have recently started researching and attending forums and workshops in regards to wholesale real estate for the last 4 months.

I recommend only accepting people who are employed in some capacity, because otherwise they're just hanging around the house all day, and the old saying, "Idle hands are the Devil's workshop" exists for a reason.
