Thanks again to XXXX Underground for the fine job post 11 - basement development Developing an inner city basement has a number of elements that must be carefully orchestrated into the finished product; the hole has to get dug in the right spot, so the surveyor is essential before work begins the excavator must get the hole level and at the proper depth at the bottom of the footingthe engineer must take the sample for soil bearing and sulphate content of the soil, this will impact concrete selection later (the mix is variable depending on the project requirements)the engineer must already have developed plans for the footing rebar detail and thickness, and wall rebar pattern.

Others feel they do not know enough to comment on things.I want to make it very clear that ALL of US as BP Members should take into consideration when posting or commenting to a new member, that they may not have the "thick skin" it takes to be in this buisness (YET) and we should approach each of these situations with a bit more compassion and understanding.

Don't get excited there is only 1 that I saw and it is a duplex in Lawrence.Though it did look to be in decent shape and have 4/1 units for a list of like $209K.If your skin is thick enough you can probably get like $1300 in rent for the other unit.
