When I first walked in it there were a few other people in there shaking their heads saying it needed too much work.  

This is something that can still potentially be done depending on how the DSCR will shake out?

I have a few other properties that I put into forbearance last March due to Covid-19 which were eligible under the CARES Act as I didn't know how things were going to shake out.

I have nothing but respect and admiration for some of Civic's previous leadership team and support staff but their departure has caused a considerable shake up that personally affected our office. 

My team is pulling that thread and we'll see if anything shakes out. 

It’s one thing to read articles and listen to podcasts, it’s another thing to shake hands and have a cup of coffee (or wine!).

If the ARV doesn't shake out right or I'm too negative cash flow, I'm concerned about carrying a mortage + having separate HELOC payments to boot if I can't cash out enough to eliminate the down payment + rehab. 

The next few years should be interesting as these buyers shake out.

It doesn't, however, seem like there are any mediums for networking outside of BP, so I'd like to see about getting all of my fellow Cheyenne, WY real estate yahoos together to do just that - shake hands, rub bellies, eat wings, drink beers, and of course, network.
