I think they will give the HML space some real competition.Once they can take non accreds it will really blow up as the bigger they get the more competitive they can be on points and rates. .. although the bigger players are also landing Fund money as well.Were they really shine is take my state Oregon.. we are not allowed to fractionalize Deeds of trust... so the CF through their portals and back end set up.. can fractionalize interest in a single deal.. fund in one name so your no breaking the law's ... and be paying out multiple investors who have small overship interests in the deals..

Seems like too many players with thinner margins for there to be any volume of 75% of ARV props in most of So Cal.  

I am in a smaller market, but there are only about 5 main players (one very dominant) in our County auctions....you'll get to know your competition right away.

Just remember that a good player goes where the puck is while a great player goes where the puck will be.  

I hear it is much like Poker, as I know nothing about Poker the real players I hear are not looking at each hand they win or loose on, but what did they accomplish during the whole season or year.

If you cant fund the whole deal by yourself I would bring another player on the table.

There's a few players in my area with 1 LLC and like 50 properties in them.

So you are in a very well played market on this one2) So many of the companies ( KW - eEdge) offers this as a part of their CRM and many other companies such as MailChimp, ConstantContact, Aweber, TopProducer etc, handle this at such a high level, an email drop system is one of the most competitive fields that is saturated with big players.
