I don't know, in your neck of the woods, if they'd happily rent 10 miles out of town or if renters work at a single major employer and would value being closer to where that plant/factory/headquarters happens to be.

@Jason Chen hehehe....well, if there were a property in my neck of the woods that was 4 units and provided $2,600 rental income, it would be asking at least $500,000. 

The mortgage payment feels like an albatross around my neck, plus property taxes are high.
