Investing in a Rural Area
I live in a small town with a population of under 4000, and a county of around 21000 people. I love it here and would like to begin my rental property adventure here at home. What is the best way to find houses in such a small market. There seems to be a high demand for rentals. I am in the financial position to start with two or three single family houses, just looking for a little advice on how to find the prospective properties. Thanks in advance.
