@Bethany Young, I am going to echo others sentiment: the price implies a crappy area (maybe I am wrong) OR a MAJOR renovation.  

Since I began looking into this, I've seen nothing but bad reviews, about the vast majority of property management companies.

Termination right if STR no longer allowed, profit sharing, purchase option or ROFR, length of lease and lease options, how to handle major repairs, who pays initial investment in upgrading property, etc.P.S., this is also similar to co-working locations where the operator signs a master lease with the building owner and then rents out cubicles to individual customers.

This is a local bank in a rural area and my girlfriend and I have our mortgage on our home through this bank, but I really am not sure how they would have pulled my girlfriends information for a credit check if her Mom did not provide the info.We will be calling first thing Monday morning when banks open, but our major concern is whether she is able to sign for the loan (should it be approved) without my girlfriends approval, since she is also listed on the deed.
