In regards to DIY multifamily property management, I've been taking a look at multiple software companies that offer solutions such as rent tracking, rental payment portals, fix-it request, etc.

With the new construction, there is no value add - you're basically buying a TK solution.

So my strategy is going to be to have property I am holding, Im 34 and I can see this as a great retirement solution.

I am new to real estate investing but I have lived in Atlanta for 7 years now and it seems it is a good time to dive into Airbnb and other short-term rental solutions. 

Also I'm a #liberal and I've always paid my bills and not trashed a single space my entire life...might want to check yourself before you throw out labels.

Prepare 3-5 labels in advance to deal with them.
