A market being 'overvalued' is not super intuitive as not driven by prices only, one needs to be cognizant of relative growth in the respective benchmark/comparison variable.

(though Life Insurance for banking seems counter-intuitive).  

But pulling a good list does require a little skill and a little intuition which both come from experience, and why I would suggest letting your mail provider help.

Also, while I am still learning the ins and outs of direct mailing, it seems counter-intuitive to drive them to a website, hoping they will contact you (instead of just calling directly).

That showed amazing intuition in buying the home in the path of commercial development.

No matter how educated or intuitive, I'm going to miss people I'd like to hit, and hit others who clearly weren't worth the stamp.My experience teaches me that distress knows no socioeconomic barriers, calls no zip code home, does not own a calendar, and refuses to wear a watch, (It can't tell time anyway).

A super intuitive true 2br in a nice area would probably fetch 1300, whereas an improvised 2br with one room added on might get 1100-1200 on a good day.
