also, I'm working on an e-book tentatively titled "REAL ESTATE WHOLESALING IN THE REAL WORLD"..It's not gonna be pretty or give illusions of guaranteed pie-in-the-sky dividends but it wil be strightforward and to the point of what one can expect to encounter trying to pursue wholesaling...I think a book like this is long overdue in the RE world....
