Most of the lots Ive come across are in anoka, hennepin, and ramsey counties, so they are 3-4 lots if subdivided for max use or 1-2 homes if you wanted higher end homes with more privacy.

I quit my job several years ago and we live comfortably off my wife's income and still able to add to our savings but way slower now.Our current house is a great 3/2 built in 2005 but I updated it for with a koi pond,large paver patio, privacy fence,fruit trees, and other things making it a liability to rent so we want to sell it.
