I'm sure they can find brokers who can find the same or similar properties.I hope you can make something work but I agree with others that you should start smaller.

Have you contacted apartments personally or are you taking the brokers word? 

It is my understanding that you can give Latchel a customized vendor list although my solution was to fire Great Jones (who outsourced maintenance to Latchel) and hire a local PM with real people and real local vendor relationships.

In many states you have to be a licensed real estate broker/agent to be a property manager.

I have been told by few brokers that national tenants need 1 acre to even consider it.I wonder what tenants might be appropriate for this location.

Most brokers in the Boston area will charge the tenant the leasing fee, so the landlord usually doesn't pay this.
