I am planning to work with Anderson Business advisors I am planning to one of their Titanium members and its seem like you are able to connect with CPA and Attorney most of the time .

Say Kokomo  Marion Anderson  shelbyville  those type of cities that might not have the pressure of Indy.

Hi @Peter Anderson I'm all about being creative but I work full time and I'm not too handy so would prefer smth more passive such as turnkey (so renovation is not an option for now).
