A neighbor who now can legally smoke pot, in my city/state, is smoking inside their house (or unit) or outside on the front or back porch.

Put a bench under the window in front.Put larger light on porch, there is one that looks like a lantern that would look nice!

My stainless pots & pans have been problematic to keep clean so the replacement ones have been Teflon.  

Escrow" is nothing more than a legal construct where "stuff" is put into a "pot" with specific instructions. 

And the noise on the CA evacuation to Miami is stirring the pot as well. 

Private lending is the same, less hands in the pot but risk is placed in the person you are investing into.Hope that helps! 

the biggest and most successful real estate investor that I know is either they are coming from tech/medical (like doctor) industry that heavily put their saving into real estate meaning they have extremely succesful w2 career active jobs , some of them are CEO or founder level ORsomeone that's very heavy on building/construction and re-invest into real estate with precise calculation.Truth be told, the most successful in REI, are those selling hopeium to the masses, selling the "dream" of finding a pot of gold under the rainbow.

Houses need to be maintained, fixed up, rehabbed (like his does)  and that it takes time & money to keep a property from becoming potting soil. ;-) The "useful life" theory.  

I think it's the fear of not wanting stir the pot.
