Because we don't say an area is most friendly to for instance "Blacks" or "Hispanics" or "Single Mothers" or etc...I say this because if you have a most friendly, that means other places are not friendly--which seems to be illegal under Federal Law.I would assume advertising an apartment as being in an area "Most Friendly to Blacks" would be steering without a doubt (which might be effective--but illegal).What makes it "Most Friendly" and (steering???) 

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could shed more light into how much it would cost to change a garage into a mother in law suite with a little kitchen and bathroom. .

My mother is also on the mortgage with me for both houses.

My wife  ....er, partner doesn't want evict because tenant is a single mother and according to the prior owner she always pays but she is always late.

My friend's mother has just died and her boyfriend had been living in the house renting a room (for quite some time now).

Found out that her mother needed to go to an elderly facility sometime last winter.

He lives in another nearby small town 20 min away where he handles the night shift taking care of his mother.

And on, and on, until what started with a random dwarf appearing in the Shire became Smaug destroying your mother's home and biting your cousin's head off.So, here's the question.

Thanks buddy for sharing that, my in laws and own mother weren't very convinced and made me feel real bad, but in the past few weeks I have learned so much already, I am very definite that I'll come with a better approach when educating them :)
