The investment properties would also be passed over to my kids and grandchildren to help contribute to their financial security.Prices in Toronto have sky rocketed in recent years pushing me out of the market however, there has been some relief recently.  

I am sorry in some ways that we did but it was a relief to not have that payment being so tight every month when I was looking at a layoff.

Thanks all for the input, great insights all aroundIt's a relief that this is possible, it was always my intention to keep roughly 20-25% equity in the properties through the loan process, using the loan to take 75%-80% equity out.

It's always a relief after that check comes and the deal is done.

It may be more advantageous and expeditious to clear land and install septic tanks and utilities to the sites to get more comfort level available for the vast numbers of workers who will go insane long term without such relief.

Didn't the Tax Relief Program in 1997 exempt homeowners from paying taxes up to $500,000 profit for filing married.I am going to speak to a tax professional, but I thought I'd check here! 

I went to court last week, August 19th regarding the request of relief from the automatic stay, which was granted.  

I've felt and heard relief over the phone from sellers who feel as though they can trust me because I'm telling them to get a different service than mine.
