I have never completed the course but my 2 cents is this - As with any of these guru courses, you guaranteed can learn everything that he teaches in that course here on the BP forums, listening to podcasts, reading books, and networking with local wholesalers in your area.With that being said, what's nice about buying courses is that they package the information in a neat, compact, easy to digest way.So if you're looking to streamline your learning it might be a good plan to invest in the course.

Since I use one credit card for all my properties and all the money is mixed together, it is hard for me to keep tract of the ins and outs of the income and expenses. 

I just know 14% seems very high for what I know to be one of the most popular up and coming areas of Southern New Jersey. http://www.city-data.com/city/Collingswood-New-Jer...Not sure if this will give you something different but you can break down the different data points by census tract in order to help you find out what neighborhoods within Collingswood, or most any city/towns for that matter, may be better than others

The layout is great and makes info easier to digest.

Pick one state & digest that into smaller sections like counties, then cities & neighborhood.

It just drills down to census tract/zip.

I am reading all of the comments and digesting it all to see if I have more questions.
