So, if they were just a small company with a few specific claims, they would have went belly up.

Both me and my wife would have to lose our jobs for us to go belly up i think.

The juice needs to be worth the squeeze in order to successfully invest in any property out of state.As someone who has been investing out of state for years now, you definitely need a good system in place along with a great team on board with you. 

It'll go to collections, they'll work with you on a payment plan while the juice is NOT running, and likely you can talk them into taking half or less than half if you send them one big payment.  

Even if you manage to jump through all the hoops, it's really too much squeeze for not enough juice. 

I am not saying it isn't tragic when a tragedy befalls anyone, for any reason, but let's screw our heads on straight and not get drunk on dummy-juice here.
