There are discussions where investors matter of factly advise on dealing with rotted corpses, smells, drug dens, etc.  

Make sure you read the current t condo docs newer or updated docs have clauses that make ithe dues stay with the property even after foreclosure.. some of the older properties and condo docs that do not have the updates  you can fight ( which we do) BUT make sure your lawyer knows and fight these kinds of battles.

No one wants their leases broken and it's not fair yet in the real world you have pick and choose which battles are worth fighting. 

That did a pretty good job of getting rid of the smell.

Having an experienced securities attorney that has been through many battles and has documents that have proven to hold up in said battles is worth the incremental cost if you're serious about raising money.

They have a newer car that is in great condition and it's clean, I also went to their little home and although it was very basic it was clean and smelled clean.Who here has experience renting in this situation and can give me some tips that may help out others on this board.
